While in Birmingham, be sure to check out the Negro Southern League Museum located right around the corner from Regions Field on 16th Street South. No visit to Birmingham is complete without a visit to both the Museum and Rickwood Field. Fans can take a tour of the historic field just three miles away. Both the Negro League South Museum and Rickwood Field offer free admission, but I would suggest a donation of whatever you can afford to help maintain these two wonderful custodians of Birmingham and Negro League History.
